Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are acceptable when paying one's
bill.

If you are a
returning student, you will be asked for your 4-character PIN that
you created when you first used ROCKTALK. If you are a new student,
you will be asked to create a PIN by using your social security
number and birth date. Once created, you will be able to access the
system.
If you call
into the system and the phone continues to ring, the system is
"down" and being repaired. Please hang up and call back in 30
minutes.
To access
this system, you must use either a Touch-Tone phone or a phone with
a pulse-tone switch. If you dial into the system using a
pulse-phone, you must switch to "tone" before using the
system. You cannot use a rotary phone to access this
system
