LATE DROP/ADD & WITHDRAWAL FEE: Students adding, dropping or withdrawing from classes after the published deadlines 9 (see catalog, Green & White, or Master Class Schedule) must receive their Dean's approval. If approved, the student will be assessed a $15.00 late fee for each transaction processed. Dropping and adding at the same time is considered two transactions. (Academic Records)
TRANSCRIPT FEE: Students requesting official transcripts have four options:
$3.00 - processed within 24-48 hours for mailing or pick-up
$5.00 - processed within 24-48 hours, will be faxed and mailed or picked-up
$10.00 - processed the same day ordered for mailing or pick-up
$12.00 - processed the same day ordered, will be faxed and mailed or picked-up
FAXING FEE: Students must pay $2.00 per document (not page) if they wish to have the document faxed on their behalf.
HOUSING SERVICES: Students who have contracted for university (on-campus) housing should have the room fee and board (meals) fee on their billing statements. If they do not appear, call the Office of Housing, (724) 738-2082 or send an e-mail to housing@sru.edu.
Please note at check-in you will be required to pay $15.00 for House Council dues .
DINING SERVICES: There are a number of meal plan options available to students. Those living in a state-owned residence hall must contract for a meal plan. Meal contracts are optional for off-campus and commuter students, and R.O.C.K. Apartment residents. At the beginning of the semester, students have a two-week (10 school days) period in which one contract change may be made. The meal plan charges are assessed on a weekly basis. Using the meal plan at any time during a week even if only one meal is eaten, results in a charge for the full week.
Students may contract for a meal plan at the ID Card Office, Weisenfluh Dining Hall during regular office hours; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
