SRU panel offers money saving energy tips
SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – There are ways to save money and energy in winter and a four-member panel of experts will offer some of those suggestions when Slippery Rock University presents “Saving Energy” at 6 p.m., Feb. 2.
The discussion, sponsored by SRU’s master science in sustainable systems program, will be in the Advanced Technology and Science Hall.
Panelists will discuss renewable energy, energy efficiency and other resources residents and small business owners can do to increase their sustainable energy usage.
The panel will include: Karen Foltz, founder and vice president of Vox Energy Solutions; Janice Serra, program assistant at Citizen Power; Lisa DiFrancisco, owner of North Coast Energy Systems; and Mike Schiller, executive director of the Green Building
