UPB hosts 'Girl Code,' 'Guy Code' stars

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - The Slippery Rock University University Program Board will present comedians Carly Aquilino and Chris Distefano from MTV2s new reality series "Girl Code" and "Guy Code" at 8 p.m., Feb. 4 in the Smith Student Center Ballroom.

Doors open at 7 p.m. Seating is limited to 800.

Student tickets are $2, general public tickets, $10, at the Smith Student Center Information Desk.

Aquilino is a New York native who first appeared on stage at Gotham Comedy Club and performed at numerous New York City clubs before landing the staring roll on "Girl Code."

Distefano, a regular on "Guy Code," has similarly performed at top comedy clubs across New York City, including The Comic Strip. He has also headlined at Caroline's and has been heard on Sirius XM radio.

He also participated in Comedy Central's "Comics to Watch" showcase and was recently seen on CBS's "The Late Show with David Letterman."

"Guy Code debuted in November 2011, featuring various pop culture entertainers, top comics, athletes and specialized experts who tell the story of the special code of conduct that exists between men. "Girl Code" debuted in April 2013 as a "Guy Code" spin-off series, featuring female actresses, musicians and stand-up comics who discuss the sisterhood that women share.
