SRU graduate head’s SUNY Canton women’s soccer team

Sarah Arsenault, a 2006 Slippery Rock University sport management graduate, has been named SUNY Canton’s women’s soccer coach.

Arsenault has been an assistant the last three years for the men’s and women’s teams at Waynesburg University. She also spent three years as an assistant coach at Hamilton College and also has been an assistant at Washington and Jefferson and SRU.

She was head coach for one season at Salem International University.

“Sarah brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to our women’s soccer program,” Randy Sieminski, SUNY Canton athletic directory, said. “Her knowledge and success at outstanding NCAA institutions such as Hamilton College and Waynesburg University will serve her well in developing and growing our program.”
