Pitt Panther Club promotes SRU sport management graduate

PITTSBURGH – Mark Rhodehamel, a 2006 Slippery Rock University sport management masters degree graduate, has been named assistant director of the Panther Club, the fundraising branch of the University of Pittsburgh’s athletic department.


Rhodehamel joins the Panther Club staff after serving four years as director of operations for Pitt’s women's basketball team. He began his employment at Pitt in 2006 as an athletics operations and facilities assistant.

In addition to his SRU master’s degree, Rhodehamel earned his undergraduate degree at SUNY Oswego.
