Christopher Lefever, a Slippery Rock University exercise science major from Reading who is starting his doctor of physical therapy studies this fall at SRU, has been honored as a MWA Monthly Coaches Recognition Award winner for his outstanding internship work at Verizon Wireless Corporate Wellness.

The “MWA H&W Lifesaver Award,” includes a certificate and a travelling trophy. It is the first time in three years the award was presented to an internship student.
