SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - Just in time for Halloween, the University Program Board at Slippery Rock University will present "The Conjuring on Campus with Lorraine Warren" at 7 p.m., Oct. 21.
The lecture, hosted by UPB's speakers committee, will be in the Smith Student Center Ballroom. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Lorrain Warren is considered by many as the number one ghost hunter in the world.
Her investigations conducted with her husband, Ed, were the primary focus for the recent box office horror hit "The Conjuring." She was also connected to the 1979 feature film "The Amityville Horror" - and its 2005 remake.
Warren will offer details about her experience with ghosts, hauntings and demonology.
She will show videos and photographs of her findings captured during her long career in paranormal activity.
Admission is free for SRU students; $5 for the general public.
