Seven members of the 2012 Slippery Rock University football team have earned second-team honors as All-PSAC-Western Division players by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.
Rock student-athletes named were:
· Quindell Dean, a linebacker from Uniontown;
· Jaimire Dutrieuille, a return specialist from Pittsburgh;
· Akeem Satterfield, a redshirt running back from Erie;
· Anthony Saunders, a redshirt cornerback from New Kensington;
· LaQuinn Stephens-Howling, a wide receiver from Johnstown;
· Jeff Thompson, a redshirt defensive end from Clariton; and
· Derek Walker, a redshirt defensive tackle from Pittsburgh.
Satterfield and Thompson each received second-team all-conference honors for the second time in their four-year collegiate career, while the other five Rock student-athletes each received All-PSAC-West honors for the first time
