Trustmark names '90 SRU graduate assistant vice president
Lisa Bovard Fleming, a 1990 Slippery Rock University graduate, has been named assistant vice president for compensation at The Trustmark Companies in Lake Forest, Ill. Trustmark, an insurance holding company, employs 2,500 people nationwide.
Bovard Fleming will manage compensation programs. She will develop salary structures, manage incentive programs and pay practices and work with other managers to make pay decisions.
Bovard Fleming, who graduated from SRU with a degree in international business, has 15 years of compensation experience. Before joining Trustmark, she was a senior compensations consultant at Motorola in Schaumburg, Ill., where she led global business teams in compensation initiatives and provided strategic consultation to human resources business partners.
Trustmark, headquartered in Illinois, has been a health and life insurer and benefits administrator for 95 years.
