SRU dance department's 'Setting the Pace' opens spring series

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - Slippery Rock University Dance Theatre will be "Setting the Pace" in their January program that opens the University dance department's spring semester concert series. The upcoming concert includes works by guest and student choreographers.

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. - Maj. Patrick A. Callahan, director of Slippery Rock University's Army Reserve Officer Training Corp, has been promoted to lieutenant colonel. The appointment was signed by Gerald T. Mayer, chief of promotions, Jan. 1 and was followed by a formal, on-campus induction ceremony Tuesday.
