Just a quick note to inform you that the College Democrats at Slippery Rock University will host a U.S. Senator Democratic Candidate Debate at 7 p.m. Saturday [April 8] in McKay Education Building Auditorium on the SRU campus.

Candidates expected to attend include Bob Casey, Alan Sandals and Chuck Pennacchio. (The seat is currently held by Sen. Rick Santorum, [R]) The two-hour event is being co-sponsored by the North Hills Democracy for America and Butler County Democrats for Change D-Pac. Dr. Itzi Meztli, assistant professor of English, is adviser to the SRU College Democrats.
