Curtain up! light the lights! -- You got nothing to hit but the heights! – and all with great feature photo possibilities.

SRU’s Summer Theater Camp for Children“The Play’s The Thing: An Introduction to the Magic of the Theater!”is under way on campus under the“Lights, Camera Action!” theme.

The camp is for children ages 7 through 14 interest in both on-stage and behind-the-scene theater productions. Campers toured a Pittsburgh theater today and are back in Miller Auditorium for sessions in three-dimension set building, lighting design, and other behind-the-scene techniques on Thursday and Friday [July 10-11]– with a “performance” set for 3:30 p.m. Friday (July 11) for parents and friends.
