Management Major

A student pursuing a bachelor of science in business administration degree can choose to major in management. The management  program focuses on the process of working with and through others to achieve organizational objectives. Today’s manager must make effective decisions in the functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling in an increasingly complex, diverse  and dynamic environment.

The management students are exposed to decision making regarding such areas as: human resources, operations, quality, globalization, organizational behavior, ethics and corporate social responsibility. Students are encouraged to think strategically and critically as they navigate their way through domestic and international challenges and the multicultural nature of the modern work force. The program is relevant to students who plan to own, manage, or interact with any organization, large or small, public or private, profit or non-profit and will equip them for a career involving management responsibilities.
