Mr. Chris Wolf is the Human Resource Tech (HRT) at Slippery Rock University Army ROTC. Prior to becoming the HRT at Slippery Rock Army ROTC on April 2012, Mr. Wolf retired as a Master Sergeant (MSG) from the US Army with over 22 years of service as an Infantryman.
His military deployments included Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Saudi Arabia/Iraq, Enduring Freedom I and IV, Afghanistan, and Operation Iraqi Freedom, Baghdad, Iraq. His military awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Commendation Medal with 6 Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Achievement Medal with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal with Bronze Service Star, Southwest Asia Service Medal with 2 Bronze Service Stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and Expeditionary Medal (with Arrowhead Device), Armed Forces Service Medal, Army Staff Badge, Valorous Unit Award (10th MTN), NCO Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Kuwait Liberation Medal (Kuwait and Saudi Arabia), Iraq Campaign Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Driver's Badge, Combat Infantryman Badge (2nd Award), Expert Infantryman Badge, and the Drill Sergeant Identification Badge.
Mr. Wolf graduated from SRU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology on May 2012.
