Mission Statement:
  • Provide an opportunity for students to lead fellow students in group fitness settings.
  • Allow students to receive feedback to become a proficient leader in group fitness
  • Improve overall fitness levels of Exercise Science majors

 Goals:

Short Term
  • To help students gain practical hands-on experience teaching and participating in group fitness
  • To encourage an average of twenty students to participate each class
  • To provide positive and negative feedback of class

Long Term

  • To prepare students to teach group fitness classes during their internships or possible future careers
  • To help Exercise Science majors improve their overall health
