Eugene L. Boyer Parks and Recreation Scholarshi

Criteria: Junior or senior Parks and Recreation major specializing in Park and Resource Management, Resort Recreation Mgt/Tourism or Therapeutic Recreation Services. Must have at least 45 credits and a 3.25 QPA at time of application. Financial need and involvement in departmental programs and activities are considerations.
Amount: up to $500

Joseph Kolodski Memorial Scholarship

Criteria: Parks and Resource Management Major, minimum of 60 credit hours, minimum of 3.00 QPA within the major courses at the time he/she applies for the scholarship, involvement within Parks and Recreation/Env. Educ. Department, experience with public and visitor services, and experience within the Park and Resource Management field.
Amount: up to $500

Dr. Bill Shiner Scholarship

Criteria: Park and Resource Management or Environmental Education major, full-time student, rising junior or senior, minimum 3.5 QPA, and demonstrated leadership through student or professional organizations community service community.  
Amount: up to $400

Application Information for 2013-14 Scholarships will be available in the PREE Office in February 2013. 

Deadline for submission of applications is late April 8, 2013.
