President Robert Smith wants to provide a forum for students to learn how to participate and lead in our global society in a small, fun learning environment. 

In the Context of Leadership, You will explore topics ranging from globalization, gender, class, religion, race and ethnicity.

Whether you are an aspiring, new, or experienced student leader, this unique opportunity provides a chance for you to reflect upon your own leadership, develop insights and broaden your repertoire of useful approaches to leadership in multicultural contexts.
