Philip VanOuse - Principal Tuba for the Pittsburgh Opera and Pittsburgh Ballet Orchestras. Active freelance musician, having performed with numerous regional and national orchestras, bands and productions, including the River City Brass Band, the Pittsburgh Symphony, Civic Light Opera, and is a frequent soloist and advocate of contemporary music for tuba. He currently also serves on the faculties of Duquesne University and for the Carnegie Mellon Pre- College program.
