The Sue Shuttleworth Music Therapy Scholarship was founded by Dr. Sue Shuttleworth who established the Music Therapy program in 1977.  Dr. Shuttleworth was the Director of Music Therapy from 1977 until she retired in 2009.  This scholarship is given each year to a junior or senior music therapy major who is actively involved in the music therapy club and who is a member of the American Music Therapy Association.
