Colleen Reilly is an Assistant Professor of Theatre and the Director of the Kaleidoscope Arts Festival at Slippery Rock University. She has worked in the non-profit sector as an administrator, manager, curator, and producer since 1995. She served as the Project Archivist for the Yale Arts Library from 2007-2009, specializing in the special collections of the Yale School of Drama and the Yale Rockefeller Collection of Theatrical Prints. She is currently on the Executive Board of the Theatre Library Association, and has worked with the Charleston Stage Company, the South Carolina Shakespeare Company, the Children’s Theatre of Charlotte, Opera Carolina, Pandora’s Box, the Terrace Cinema, and the Spoleto Festival USA. She continues to serve as the Festival Manager for Theatre 99 in Charleston, SC. Research interests include performing arts festivals, audience development, and arts experiences. She also specializes in undergraduate research methodology pedagogy and teaching large classes interactively.
