The Fitness Integrated Teaching (FIT) Club is comprised of highly energetic exercisers that promote and teach through fitness oriented workouts and activities. Our mission is to prepare ourselves for becoming leaders in the field of teaching and advocates of health and physical fitness across the lifespan. Our group is open to all undergraduates who want to improve their own fitness level and learn how to deliver cutting edge workouts to members of our club, our own campus and the surrounding community. This organization is for you if you like working out in a fun, positive environment and encouraging others to reach for higher levels of health and fitness!
