SRU's Online Winter Session. Winter Session will run Dec 19 - Jan 18 and all courses will be taught online using Desire2Learn!
Winter Session is a short, highly condensed, term held between the traditional fall and spring semesters. The primary purpose of Winter Session is to provide you with an additional opportunity to take courses and earn credit toward graduation at SRU, and to do it fully online. If you are a non-SRU student, you can transfer the credit earned from SRU to your home institution. You will need to check with your home institution on how the course(s) taken at SRU during Winter Session may be used to count toward your degree. By planning carefully, you can take courses during the Winter Session that will allow you to fulfill graduation requirements and to graduate more quickly.
We offer a range of undergraduate and graduate online courses to current SRU students, newly accepted SRU spring freshmen, transfer, and graduate students, and non-SRU students.
You can earn up to 7 credits!

Dropping Your Last Winter Session Class
Please be advised that a student cannot drop his/her final course on the MySRU portal in any given term. If you are registered for one Winter Session course and wish to drop that course before the Drop/Add deadline of December 20, please contact Academic Records at 724-738-2010 and they will drop the class for you. If you wish to add a course and drop a course, please add the new course first and then you should be able to drop the original course.
