Students registering for summer school courses prior to April 28 will be billed the week of April 29 with a due date of May 17. Any student registering for summer courses after April 29 will be billed within two weeks of adding courses.

Summer School Course Cancellation Policy

Summer school courses may be cancelled under the following set of circumstances:

• Those courses that are NOT identified as "contingency courses" that fail to enroll at least 8 graduate students or 10 undergraduate students one week prior to the first day of classes.
• Those courses that ARE identified as "contingency courses" that fail to enroll at least 10 graduate students or 16 undergraduate students one week prior to the first day of classes.
• If classes are cancelled, students will be called and/or sent an email to their SRU Rockmail account.

A full refund for cancelled classes will be applied to the students' account.
