  • What are your feelings about government employees generally and the effectiveness of bureaucracy?
  • In what other government agencies are you interested? In what ways do you prefer this one to the others?

  • What training or experience have you had in negotiations or mediations?
  • Tell me about a time when your ethics were challenged. How did you handle the situation?
