Scholarships are determined based on GPA and character of applicant as demonstrated in a required essay. The award is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary educational facility. You don’t have to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible.  Students must submit an essay of no more than 1000 words in answer to the following question: Reflecting on your personal experiences and/or circumstances, tell us something about yourself that distinguishes you as a potential scholarship candidate

In order to qualify for this scholarship one must be a U.S. Citizen, PA Resident, a full-time sophomore or junior student pursuing a Bachelor degree in engineering or environmental sciences. Applicants must must also meet at least one of these criteria: Attend college in PA or serve or have served as an intern with a PA office of an ACEC/PA member firm. 

Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an engineering, instrumentation, systems, electrical, mechanical, or automation discipline at an accredited U.S. educational institution. Applicants must be entering their junior or senior year in a four-year undergraduate degree program or enrolled in a graduate program. They must also have at least a 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale and be a U.S. citizen or legal U.S. resident.

This scholarship is available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any post secondary institution. There is no age restriction. Be sure to include your name and the school you are attending this year or next. This is not an academic scholarship but we would like to know where you are going to school now and what your future academic plans are. To apply for this scholarship you will need to write an essay of less than 1000 words on this topic: Discuss, in less than 1,000 words, what you would consider to be the most important issue that society has to deal with in the next 10 or 20 years? Why do you thinkthis issue is so important?

This scholarship is for current high school or college students under the age of 24 years who is a resident in Pennsylvania. The applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Applicant must fill out an application located on tehir website as well as submitting a 500 word essay.

All student athletes are eligible regardless of the sport they are engaged in. The student must be a high school senior or be attending a post secondary institute.  Must send a short essay answering the following questions: What are your most important extracurricular or community activities? What made you join these activities? What made you continue to contribute to them? 

CEO.com is awarding this scholarship to students interested in business leadership and/or entrepreneurship. In order to apply for this scholarsip one must complete an online survey about your higher education experience and compose a 500-1000 word essay on the topic of The American Education System (See CEO.com for more information)

This scholarship is for applicants who are currently enrolled in an engineering, construction, or architecture related field and who are pursuing further education in these respectable areas. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 based on the past year's performance. Applicant must be at least 17 years of age or older and be accepted to or attending a full-time engineering, construction, or architecture program at an accredited institution of learning. Applicant must be either a citizen of the United States or a foreign student with a valid United States Student Visa

Applicants must be U.S. citizens who are enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university, supply an up-to-date copy of your resume so the scholarship committee can see the experience you have in your field of study and evidence of sustainability advocacy.
