Candice D. Berner Adventurous Spirit Memorial Award

Donald and Claudia Graham Physical Therapy Scholarship
| Criteria: |
Graduate student in the 3+3 Doctorate of Physical Therapy program who demonstrates a solid commitment to success in the Physical Therapy profession as evidenced by two letters of recommendation. One letter should be from the student's academic advisor or faculty member at SRU, and the other letter should be from a volunteer supervisor or individual familiar with the student's work outside of the classroom. Applicant must be a full-time student and the award will be made to a student at the beginning of the fourth year of the program upon acceptance into the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be a US citizen to be eligible. |

Maggie Meise Graduate Scholarship
| Criteria: |
Applicant must be enrolled as a graduate student at SRU to qualify. Applicants must have a minimum of 9 graduate credit hours by the end of the current semester and demonstrate a minimal overall graduate QPA of 3.5. Student must have demonstrated involvement in community service and/or university activities. Applicant will need two letters of recommendation- at least one from a SRU employee, a completed application form, a one-page typed statement- with a minimum of 100 words- from the applicant describing his/her character, personal interests and future plans must be included. Statement must include scholarship's name. |
