Recycling Research Foundation

Criteria: Applicants must be a US citizen, have served a minimum 2 years of active duty or 4 years reserve in a branch of the US military and have been honarably discharged. The applicant must be a full-time student and must be in a non-graduate level program.

Amount: $8,000($2,000 per year for four years)

Student Veterans of America-NBC Universal Scholarship

Criteria:

This scholarship is for applicants who are currently pursuing a degree in film, media, television journalism or communications at an accredited four-year institution.  Student must submit proof of military service (DD214) and be a U.S. citizen.  Applicants must write an essay. 

Amount:

$12,000

Tillman Military Scholarships

Criteria: Must be a Post 911 veteran, active service member or dependent of one. Unmet financial need, Educational and career ambitions, Length of service, Record of personal achievement, Compelling, thoughtful, genuine, and thorough essay question responses; Demonstration of service to others in the community and a desire to continue such service
