3.25 high school GPA. Students should submit a personal essay and any other materials (e.g., resume, letters of support, example works) that they think will strengthen their application. The personal essay should explain interests and career goals in the field of communication. This scholarship is non renewable. |

The Dickert-Russell Family Scholarship
| Criteria: |
Applicant must be a Venango County resident, with preference given to a graduate of Franklin High School. This scholarship is non-renewable. Applicant must be pursuing a major in education or communication. Applicant must also exhibit financial need. |

3.0 high school GPA with a strong interest in Communication. Student must demonstrate Financial Need and the scholarship is non renewable. To apply for this scholarship please fill out our freshman scholarship application. The Freshman Scholarship application will be available on October 1st. |
