Graduate School Entrance Test Information

Graduate applicants who have not already achieved a Master’s level degree are required to take the GRE or MAT for the following programs: Counseling and Development, Secondary Education, and Doctor of Physical Therapy. The Doctor of Physical Therapy program only accepts the GRE.
Each applicant should send their test scores directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions. There are two ways to send scores: (1) request scores to be sent directly from the exam centers upon your request or (2) upon your request have additional score reports sent. Furthermore, all applicants should leave ample timefor there scores to arrive at Slippery Rock so an admissions decision can be made.
The GRE and MAT are given year round.
