Transfer students should meet with their academic advisor and schedule for classes before attending this one-day program.
Students living in an on-campus residence hall can move-in on Thursday (day prior to program) between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Please use the following guide in your arrival plans for all halls:
Last name begins with. . .
A - I: 10 - 11 a.m. or 1 - 2 p.m.
J - R: 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. or 2 - 3 p.m.
S - Z: 12 - 1 p.m. or 3 - 4 p.m.

Orientation For Your Family
Families play a crucial role in the adjustment and success of college students. We encourage you to invite your parents/spouse to attend this program with you. This program has been designed to help families become familiar with Slippery Rock University and the many opportunities and services available for students.
All offices will be open from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for you to complete any unfinished University business.
