 Daily and Saturday Group Visits

Daily Group Visits
Visits during the week consists of a group presentation with an admissions counselor followed by a walking tour of campus led by a current SRU student.  Daily visits begin at 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. and your visit will last approximately 2.5 hours.  Please click on the "schedule a visit" icon to select a date and time which is available.

Spring 2015 Saturday Showcase will be held on April 18, 2015 and is designed for current juniors in high school and students considering transferring to SRU from another college or university.  This is a comprehensive visit which will start in the morning and end around lunch time.  Students and parents will talk with current students, meet faculty, and learn about the admissions process.  Reservations are required and may be made by clicking on the icon.

Fall Open House Programs
SRU offers three open house programs in the fall which we refer to as Saturday Showcase.  Seniors in high school, along with their parents/guest typically attend these programs; although juniors are always welcome (there will be a junior open house offered in the spring).  Saturday Showcase is a comprehensive visit program in which you'll see campus, talk with current students, meet faculty, and learn about the admissions process.  Reservation may be made by clicking on the icon below.

If you are not able to visit during the week, or attend one of the SRU Showcase programs, we do offer a group presentation and tour on select Saturdays

If you are a transfer student -- meaning you have completed high school and have started your college career elsewhere -- please schedule a meeting with one of our transfer counselors. Transfer student appointments usually take less than 1 hour.

If you are a high school or community organizer and are interested in planning a visit for a group of up to 45 students, please learn more about our Bus Visit Program.

If you would like to request a special accommodation for your tour, for example the use of a wheelchair, please let us know prior to your visit so that we may prepare. (Please understand, our student tour guides are not available to assist persons in wheelchairs with moving through the campus tour. If assistance is needed, we recommend that a family member or friend be available for support).
