Request a preliminary evaluation of transfer credits. |

Apply for Admission online, adhering to the recommended timelines: - for Summer or Fall: apply by end of February - for Spring: apply by the end of September |

When offered admission, pay your $90 enrollment deposit. |

Bookmark the Academic Calendar on the SRU website and mark your calendar with important dates. |

Expect an email with Advising and Registration instructions just prior to the Registration period. |

Arrange an appointment with your academic department immediately after you receive the above email. (Do not come to campus without first scheduling an appointment.) |

If you hope to live on-campus, go to the Office of Residence Life website for further instructions and information. On-campus housing is not guaranteed for transfer students. If you hope to live off-campus, plan early. |

Apply for Financial Aid using recommended timelines, indicating SRU as your chosen institution. If transferring for a Spring semester, contact the SRU Financial Aid Office or visit their web page for specific instructions. |

Attend an Orientation session before you begin your first semester's enrollment. Prior to the first semester, watch your mail for your invitation. |

Obtain a parking pass during Orientation or complete the online form on the University Police's website. |

Obtain a Photo ID during Orientation or at the ID Card Office in Watson Hall. |

Purchase books at the SGA Bookstore or via the internet. |

Learn more about the University's Technology and how to use your University email address during Orientation. |

Learn how to use the University's library system during Orientation or visit Bailey Library during the first few weeks of the semester. |
