The Leadership Reaction Course (LRC) challenges groups to work together to solve problems and implement solutions. 

The tasks are designed to build teams and enhance leadership skills in an effective way.

As the group progresses through the challenges, their teamwork and confidence will grow. Concepts are reinforced during each activity's debriefing process.






Facilitators encourage groups to evaluate how they work as a team as well as emphasize the importance of a cooperative, supportive atmosphere for everyone.

Our objective is to encourage groups to discover new methods of working together toward a common goal.
