The Leadership Reaction Course (LRC) challenges groups to work together to solve problems and implement solutions.
The tasks are designed to build teams and enhance leadership skills in a fast, effective, and fun way.
As the group progresses through the challenges, their teamwork and confidence will grow. Concepts are reinforced during each activity's debriefing process.
Our program explores teamwork, cooperation, problem-solving, communication, success, and areas of improvement in a safe environment. Facilitators encourage groups to evaluate how they work as a team as well as emphasize the importance of a cooperative, supportive atmosphere for everyone.
Our desire is to encourage groups to discover new methods of working together and to respond to each other's needs in the process of working toward a common goal.
