Description

The Basic Teaching Concentration is a Master of Education degree designed for individuals who possess a bachelor's degree and appropriate coursework for English but do not hold a teacher certification. Successful completion of the program will lead to a master's degree with state certification. The program is 36 credit hours and can generally be completed in one calendar year of full-time study, beginning with the Summer Pre-Session. However, students may begin the program during the fall or spring and attend part-or full-time.

The Advanced Teaching Concentration is a Master of Education degree for individuals who already possess teacher certification in English.
