Dining
All students contracted for a meal plan must use their SRU ID card to obtain their meals. Most meal plans include a Flex Fund which is a debit account that may be used within the food service operations as designated. The account may be increased in $25 increments at any time during the semester.

Rock Dollars Account
Rock Dollars is a declining balance (debit) account that can be used for the purchase of items or services at multiple locations on and off campus. A Rock Dollars account may be activated by making an initial deposit of any amount. Deposits are made in the Office of Student Accounts(103 Old Main), by phone(x2088), online, or payroll auto deposit. For more information see Rock Dollars. 
Convenience Store
Flex Fund and Rock Dollar account holders may purchase snacks and other items from The Marketplace located in Weisenfluh Dining Hall.
SGA Bookstore 
Use your Rock Dollar account instead of cash at the SGA Bookstore, located in the University Union, to make purchases.
Door Access in Residence Halls
For those students living in a residence hall or ROCK Apartments, your SRU ID card provides access to your building. If your card does not work for your building access contact the Office of Residence Life at 738-2082.
Taylor & Byrnes
Use your Rock Dollar account to make purchases at Taylor & Byrnes, a coffee kiosk located in the lobby of the University Union. Taylor & Byrnes offers coffee, cappuccino, espresso, and iced specialty drinks along with a variety of pastries.
Aebersold Student Recreation Center
You will need your SRU ID card to gain entrance to the Aebersold Student Recreation Center.
Vending
Once you have deposited money into your Rock Dollar account, you can begin to utilize various machines located on campus. These include most Pepsi, snack, juice, laundry and photocopy machines.
Ticket Sales
Use your Rock Dollars account to purchase tickets for UPB sponsored activities.
Activities
Your SRU ID card can also be used in the Music Dept. to track concert attendance, in the Health Center to verify registration, for Student Government voting, depositing financial aid, at photocopiers, in the Registrars office, for parking services, and for admission to university events.
Library
The identification card is the key to checking out materials at Bailey Library and for utilizing off-campus Internet access.
