The Slippery Rock University cable lineup is provided by Armstrong Cable Services.  Each residence hall room is provided a connection to that service. There is no additional charge for using the television service.

Check to make sure that your television is cable ready
Make sure that all coaxial cable connections are secure

Only Getting Up to Channel 13

Make sure that menu setting is set to cable TV and not antenna
Do a new channel search (scan/program channels). 
Every TV is different, so consult the owner’s manual for instructions on how to scan/program channels
