Residence Hall Wireless Availability

Wireless is available via srustudents, in all of the residence halls in the common areas and lobbies. Rooms closer to these access points may be able to connect to srustudents from their room, however for the most reliable, fastest connection it is recommended to use an Ethernet cord.

North and Rhoads Halls have wireless access via srustudents in the majority of the resident rooms in addition to the common areas and lobbies.

Wireless Routers

Wireless Routers are not permitted in the residence halls.  An improperly setup router can slow down a student’s connection.  Anyone with a wireless router will have their network shut off.
