- Enter your SRU E-mail Address and Password
- Click Log On

Should I choose Public or Private?
Public or Shared Computer: The e-mail system will automatically log the user off after 15 minutes of inactivity. Once the session closes, even if the browser remains open, the e-mail portion will have been logged off. Select this option if you use Outlook Web Access on a public computer.
Private: The e-mail system will automatically log the user off after 12 hours of inactivity. Once the session closes, even if the browser remains open, the e-mail portion will have been logged off. Select this option if you are the only person who uses this computer.
Special Note: When finished using Outlook Web Access, click the “Log Off” button on the toolbar. Logging off helps prevent others from accessing a private mailbox from the computer. This is especially important for those using the SRU e-mail system at a public computer, such as in Bailey Library or from an off-campus location.
