The Office of Institutional Research provides information and data analysis that supports decision-making, strategic planning, accreditation, assessment and maintenance of statistical and historical records at Slippery Rock University. In addition the office is responsible for providing official data and information about SRU for reporting purposes to state and federal government and to other external agencies (such as US News & World Report, Princeton Review, The College Board and many others). The Office of Institutional Research is also responsible for Slippery Rock University’s online databook. This databook contains statistical information about the university including; enrollment data, retention and graduation data, and instructional data.
