Eight extraordinary rhythm tap dancers cast from around the country take tap dance to new heights in this rousing, joyous show. “Tap Kids” tells the story of a group of teenagers during their last months at school as they come to terms with teenage love, their first big dance, and pending adulthood. From dancing on lunch trays in the cafeteria to drama at the school dance to mischief in detention—and finally to graduation, as it launches them into their futures with all their hopes and dreams ahead of them—it’s a show you don’t want to miss.
