Courageous Conversations

There are some difficult conversations that we simply do not want to have; correcting a staff member, saying “no” to a friend, talking about race, politics, religion and so on. There is growing concern, angst and fear in everyone’s conversations. In order for the world to become better we need to have more challenging dialogues. In this
workshop participants will learn to take
a step back and think about how to talk
about tough topics and what is lost when we avoid the discussion. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of what makes difficult conversations difficult as well as the skills and healthy mindset for having courageous conversations.
