Psychological First Aid
Helping Others in Times of Stress- This hour long program adapted from a 4.5hr training, is an introduction to the principles of Psychological First Aid. This class will teach the basic concepts of PFA in order for participants to offer basic care, comfort and support to students, faculty and staff who are experiencing disaster related stress. This module is for anyone who is interested in supporting those impacted by a disaster on campus. Additional information is available from the Professional Development Day Flyer.
