Budget Control System (BCS) Procedures

The SAP System will be undergoing a conversion to Budget Control System BCS this weekend. The conversion will change how budget documents are entered and processed. Also, the Budget Status reports that you have used to look up the budget will change.

Effective Monday, November 24, 2008, new processing screens and reports will be in effect. 

• The first attachment is documentation that will be helpful to you using SAP under the BCS conversion when processing budget documents. 
  
• The second attachment is documentation that will be helpful to you in looking up your budget using SAP under BCS conversion.  Keep in mind that the budget reports under the old budgeting format, although available, will not update under the new BCS conversion.   You need to access the new budget reports as outlined in the attachment.
