Ticket Information

ALL ticket sales are final, nonrefundable and not exchangeable. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the auditorium, including children and infants. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards.

How to Buy Tickets:

Online Ticket Sales 

A $2.00 per ticket convenience charge will be added to all online purchases. When tickets are requested to be mailed, a $3.00 fee per order will be charged for patrons requesting mail service. On-line orders end 3 hours prior to curtain on performance day. Tickets will not be mailed within 7 days of a performance but may be picked up at the will-call desk one hour prior to a show.

By Phone:
Call 724-738-2018 to order by phone. There is a $3 handling fee for entire order. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards and checks. We accept cash from walk in orders. Tickets are filled periodically throughout the day by staff members that do have other non-box office obligations to fulfill. We will select the best seat available at the time ticket orders are entered.  If there is a specific seat you would like, you should order it on-line where the fees noted above will apply:

By Mail:
Download and print the Subscription Mail-Order Form. Checks should be made out to SRU Foundation.
Download and print the Individual Order Form.

In Person:
Tickets can be purchased from the Alumni Engagement Office or 207 University Union on the Slippery Rock University campus. There is a $3 handling fee for entire order.  We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards, checks and cash.  

Subscription Information:
Four events make up the SRU Performing Arts Series. A fifth event can be added, if you wish. When you buy all four/five tickets, you save money and have top priority in seat selection. Call 724.738.2018 for prices and ticket availability.

Group Sales:
Coming to a show is a great way to spend fun time with your family, friends, organizational members, church members or colleagues. It's also a great way to celebrate special occasions. A group is defined as 15 people or more. Group benefits include: reduced ticket fees, elimination of handling fees, priority seating and personalized service.
