College Choice is an independent online publication dedicated to "helping students and their families find the right college." Their ranking methodology aggregates data from multiple, publicly-accessible sources.

SRU's program prepares students to use data analysis methods, use predictive modeling and maintain data security and communicate effectively with constituents. Graduates of the program receive both a master of science from SRU and professional certification from the SAS Institute for Advanced Analytics.

SAS is one of the most widely used software platforms in the world for performing data analytics and statistical analysis. SRU is one of only 56 institutions in the U.S. offering the SAS certification. Additionally, the program prepares graduates to take the Certified Analytics Professional exam administered by the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences.

The 33-credit hour program can be completed in 10 months full-time or two years part-time and offers a hybrid of face-to-face classes at the Regional Learning Alliance in Cranberry Township and online.
