Slippery Rock University students took part in "Disability Sport Night" Feb. 24 at the Aebersold Student Recreation Center. Co-sponsored by the Recreational Therapy Club at SRU and the Adapted Physical Activity Council, the event featured a number of games adapted for the physically disabled, including: wheelchair basketball, seated volleyball, rugby, tennis, audible baseball, goal ball and track. Participants rotated through each sport to learn and experience participation from a disabled person's perspective. Photos by Josh Paluh, a freshman environmental studies major from Waterford.
