Dozens of children, ages 5 to 18, with blindness or other visual impairments, are taking part in the 12th Annual VIP Sports Summer Camp June 12-16 at Slippery Rock University. Sponsored by SRU's adapted physical activity program, the camp offers a variety of sports that have been specially adapted for attendees, including: archery, soccer, rock climbing, goalball, swimming, judo, track and field, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, paddle boarding and ice hockey.
