Honors students present at national conference

Eight Slippery Rock University Honors students presented research findings at the National Collegiate Honors Council Conference in Atlanta. Presenters explored justice as an academic focus as well as the role honors can serve in addressing issues of access, equity and technology in education.
The student presenters included:
-Amber Davidson, a senior biology major from Warren, Ohio.
-Matthew Heffelfinger, a senior exercise science major from Emmaus.
-Christina Eisenreich, a senior music therapy-instrumental major from West View.
-Kelly Holzberger, a senior athletic training major from LeGrangeville, New York.
-Amy Massack, a senior chemistry major from Russellton.
-Megan Moser, a junior mid-level mathematics major from Mars.
-Grascen Shidemantle, a senior biology major from Slippery Rock.
-Austin Shirk, a sophomore biology major from Elizabethtown.
George Brown, professor of political science and director of the Honors Program accompanied the group.
